Torrential rain, Auckland, NZ

Typically changeable weather after a stretch of full-on summer heat, but today it was darkish and raining buckets, pouring down outside my living room window. Late at night now and it's still stormy and cool, only 15 degrees C and 96% humidity.

Our "cold for California" weather has continued for the past two weeks, interspersed with a little bit of rain. Today I woke up and it was 53* which for me is, like, two sweaters and the heated blanket turned to high weather.

The high today will be 65*, which means wearing lots of layers. Unfortunately, my workplace hasn't figured out how to have a consistent internal temperature, so my office is more like 76* and the public areas are more like 70*. Lots of adding and removing sweaters throughout the day, basically.
