Tuesday was a mix of sloppy, gloppy snow and sleet, the dreaded "wintry mix". Yesterday was colder and blustery with surprise snowsquall in the evening, and today is crystalline cold (12 degrees F) with a cloudless blue sky and the kind of wind that makes your eyeballs shiver.

Tomorrow is Solstice and this feels like perfect weather for going into the longest night!
