The only precipitation I've got is flat and floaty, falling off the cottonwood tree between my cottage and the main house.  The goats are nomming them like potato chips. 

Thin high clouds since sunrise.  High mid-60's, low high 20's.  Just going and going and going until the stubborn ridge off the East Pacific coast breaks down.  Waiting patiently for the Pineapple Express rains to start (until then I get lazy about putting tools away.  Bad habit.)

Cottonwood seeds really do look like snow--you've got snow-eating goats.
